Momtaz Yoga Center is the first yoga studio in Afghanistan providing yoga practices, yoga therapy, meditation and other wellness services for Afghan women.

It is the only center in Afghanistan that endeavors to satisfy the needs of women and promotes wellbeing and healthy lifestyle for them. Momtaz Yoga is motivated to provide yoga, meditation and other services for Afghan women to help them achieve better health and wellness and is thankful for having Momtaz Host company as a sponsor.
